Fished Horse Creek from 6:00-8:30 a.m.. Water temp 44 degrees. Very fast fishing until the sun peeked over the ridge around 7:30. Before the sun appeared it was easy to see many cutts cruising close to the bank. Suprisingly, I didn't hook anything near the inlet (but I did spook one large fish inches from the bank). I've caught more rainbows here than anywhere else. Lake is now completely ice free.
